The University of Zakho announces the organization of the annual Science Day Exhibition, scheduled to take place on April 27, 2026, as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting scientific talent, fostering creativity, and promoting innovation among younger generations.

The Science Day Exhibition is a yearly scientific event aimed at showcasing innovative projects and providing a platform for students and graduates from the local community to present their scientific ideas and projects, particularly those focused on sustainability and practical solutions to contemporary challenges. This year’s event marks the second edition of the exhibition, following the remarkable success of the first edition held in 2024, which attracted significant interest and participation from students and attendees.

The 2026 edition will focus on several key scientific fields, including Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Environmental Sciences. Participation is open to anyone with a project idea or a completed project, provided that the idea is submitted through the designated online link or by visiting the CDC Unit at the College of Science.
